Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
HIGH VISION TREE SERVICES LLC values clear communication and fair handling of customer concerns.
This Refund Policy explains our general approach to refunds, payments, deposits, cancellations, credits, and service-related concerns.
Because tree services, landscaping, emergency services, land clearing, and outdoor property projects vary significantly based on project conditions, each project may have different requirements.
Project-specific estimates, invoices, agreements, or payment terms may contain additional terms. Where legally permitted, project-specific written terms may control when they differ from this general website policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatically available simply because a customer changes their mind after services have been scheduled, labor has been performed, equipment has been mobilized, materials have been purchased, or other project costs have been incurred.
Any refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the individual project and applicable law.
2. Estimates
An estimate is generally based on information and conditions reasonably available when it is prepared.
Actual conditions may differ.
Pricing or scope may need to change because of:
- Tree size or condition
- Hidden damage or decay
- Difficult access
- Terrain
- Weather
- Utility hazards
- Equipment needs
- Additional debris
- Unexpected conditions
- Customer-requested changes
- Additional labor or materials
A website request does not guarantee a final project price.
3. Deposits
If a deposit is required, applicable terms should be stated in the relevant estimate, invoice, agreement, or project communication.
A deposit may be used to reserve scheduling, prepare for a project, secure equipment, purchase materials, or cover other project-related costs.
Refundability depends on applicable project terms, work already completed, costs incurred, and applicable law.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.
If labor, equipment, materials, transportation, or other resources have already been committed, recoverable costs may apply where permitted by law.
We will review cancellation circumstances based on the project status.
5. Weather and Safety Delays
Tree and outdoor work can be affected by rain, wind, storms, lightning, unsafe ground conditions, utility hazards, and other safety concerns.
A weather or safety delay does not automatically create a right to a refund.
We may reschedule work when necessary for safety.
6. Services Already Performed
Once services, labor, equipment use, hauling, disposal, or other project activities have been performed, those completed portions may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.
7. Concerns About Completed Work
If you believe completed work materially differs from the agreed scope, contact us promptly.
Please provide:
- Your name
- Property address
- Service date
- Invoice or project information if available
- Description of the concern
- Relevant photographs if available
We may review project records, communications, the agreed scope, and relevant conditions.
Depending on the circumstances, possible resolutions may include clarification, follow-up work, correction where appropriate, scheduling a review, an account credit, or another reasonable resolution.
A refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
8. Customer-Requested Changes
If a customer changes the project scope after scheduling or after work begins, pricing and scheduling may change.
Additional work may result in additional charges.
If the scope is reduced, any refund or credit may depend on work already completed and costs already incurred.
9. Emergency Services
Emergency work may involve immediate mobilization, labor, equipment, transportation, and hazardous conditions.
Once emergency services or mobilization have begun, charges related to work already performed or resources already committed may not be refundable, subject to applicable law and project-specific terms.
10. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us promptly.
We will review available records and correct confirmed eligible billing errors.
11. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will generally process it through a reasonable method based on the original payment method and available payment procedures.
The time for funds to appear may depend on banks, card issuers, payment processors, or financial institutions.
